Shipping & Returns
We do NOT send our shipments out "insured". We have found that most customers do not want to pay extra money for insurance. Because of this, if your package is stolen from your driveway or front porch after successful delivery, we cannot offer an automatic free replacement for the product and FedEx and/or USPS will not take responsibility for it either.
If you wish to have your package "insured", you will have to contact us to arrange for it.
Shipping to the rest of the world
Our shopping cart will calculate shipping charges on orders to the rest of the world.
We can ship to almost any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We try hard to ship your product within 2 business days. Sometimes we are out of a product. This happens because we never know when big orders are going to come through and wipe out our inventory of a particular product. While that product is in production, there may be a delay on your shipment. If the delay is going to be more than 3 business days we will try to contact you.
For this reason, we do not guarantee that you will receive your product in 3 days if you order and pay for expedited shipping on the website. If you really need your product by a certain date, please call us at 541-388-1795. We'll check our current inventory and let you know.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
